This robot arm is made of fully imported carbon fibre material, the size  interface of the output flange can be designed according to the requirements, the flange is compatible with ATI six-dimensional force sensor.


Main application areas: 3C, spraying, sanding, assembly, teaching  training, etc.


Mechanical arm configuration:

The mechanical arm is designed with seven degrees of freedom,  the structure is shown in Figure 1.

Robotic arm mechanical interface

The default output flange of the robotic arm is shown below, the specific size  interface can be designed according to the requirements, the flange is compatible with ATI six-dimensional force sensor.

The arm mounting base is a 200mm diameter circular flange with 12 M6 threaded holes for fixing.
