CNC precision machining actually refers to CNC machining. First, the design drawings are written into the program, then the computer is connected to the CNC machine tool. The operation of the CNC machine tool is controlled by programming to complete the machining of precision workpieces. CNC precision machining is mainly suitable for small batch multi-type workpiece processing. The materials used in precision machining have strict requirements, all materials are suitable.
all materials can be processed by precision machining. For example, some materials with too high hardness may exceed the hardness of the machine parts being machined. Some special materials are suitable for precision machining.
The first is the requirement for material hardness. For some occasions, the harder the material, the better. However, it is limited by the hardness requirements of the processing parts. The processed material cannot be too hard. If it is harder than the machine parts, it cannot be processed.
Secondly, the material should be of moderate hardness at least one level lower than the hardness of the machine parts. At the same time, it also depends on the function of the processed device the material selection for the machine parts should be reasonable.
advantage:
① Greatly reduce the number of tooling, no complex tooling is required to process parts with complex shapes. If you want to change the shape size of a part, you only need to modify the part processing program, which is suitable for new product development modification.
② The processing quality is stable, the processing accuracy is high, the repeatability is high, it meets the processing requirements of aircraft.
③ The production efficiency is higher in the case of multi-variety small batch production, which can reduce the time of production preparation, machine tool adjustment process inspection, the cutting time is reduced due to the use of optimal cutting amount.
④ It can process complex surfaces that are difficult to process using conventional methods, can even process some parts that cannot be observed.
The disadvantage of CNC machining is that the machine tools are expensive require high-level maintenance personnel.
After rough machining self-inspection, fine machining can be carried out. After fine machining, workers should conduct self-inspection on the shape size of the processed parts: check the basic length width of the processed parts on the vertical surface; measure the base point size marked on the drawing for the processed parts on the inclined surface. After the workers complete the self-inspection of the workpiece confirm that it is in line with the drawing process requirements, they can remove the workpiece send it to the inspector for special inspection.
