【Practical】 Things to note when developing producing robot projects (I)


This article first explains the precautions for robot palletizing projects three aspects: site environment, package type, equipment installation .


1. Site Environment

(1) Temperature is too low

(3) Too much dust

2. Types of Robot Project R &D Packages

3. Equipment Installation

(1) Equipment size issue

(2) Fixing the robot base

(3) Fixture fixation

The robot flange is connected to the fixture with 12.9 high-strength bolts.

(4) Electrical aspects

In the robot project development, the signal lines inside the robot body need to use ultra-flexible cables be fixed in appropriate positions.

① The signal line of the Yaskawa KUKA robot fixtures runs through the hollow shaft of the robot; ② The ABB, Fanuc Kawasaki robots are fixed with bracket corrugated sleeves air pipes, the length is calibrated by the tool rotation angle + margin.
