【Practical】 Things to note when developing producing robot projects (I)
This article first explains the precautions for robot palletizing projects three aspects: site environment, package type, equipment installation .
1. Site Environment
(1) Temperature is too low
Robot project development started abnormal temperature is too low
Solution: Restart the control cabinet by heating the heat dissipation holes on the back the inside of the control cabinet, re-read the file restart.

(3) Too much dust

Solution: travel switch; proximity switch + mechanical device .
2. Types of Robot Project R &D Packages
(1) Light, thin, sticky, thick, soft, small: flexible packaging, small packaging;
(2) Packing quantity:
5kg, 10kg, 30kg, 40kg packages coexist, the clamp compatibility is poor.
There are many types of packaging the number of signals for switching packaging types is insufficient.
3. Equipment Installation
(1) Equipment size issue
The robot base size is wrong, which makes the robot unable to reach the low high points during palletizing. Pay special attention to ABB460.

(2) Fixing the robot base
If the ground thickness is above 250mm the hardness is sufficient, it can be fixed with a combination of chemical bolts expansion screws.
The hardened ground thickness is less than 250mm, so a pit is dug to fix the foundation.
(3) Fixture fixation
The robot flange is connected to the fixture with 12.9 high-strength bolts.
The clamp moves frequently, all the restraining devices on the clamp should be checked regularly.
(4) Electrical aspects
In the robot project development, the signal lines inside the robot body need to use ultra-flexible cables be fixed in appropriate positions.
